This song was inspired by Cindy Sheehan, the anti-war mother whose son was killed in Iraq. I can only imagine the horrors a surviving parent endures but I attempted to do so in this song. March-2007 Prisoners Parody of the classic Sex Pistols song “Bodies” Words by Oscar Lewis This song was and is offensive but for very different reasons. “Prisoners” is a denouncement of the immoral and illegal use of torture by the Bush administration. Jacob Bought a Bomb on Ebay This song was written 7-23-06 less than two weeks into Israel’s war with Hezbulah. Both sides were to blame for the escalating violence.
